Nature of Services

 

Dailme Ltd provides travel planning and informational guide services only.

 

We do not sell flights, travel tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance, or transport services.

 

Digital & Advisory Services

 

If payment is made for:

• Travel planning consultation

• Personalised travel guidance

• Digital travel guides

 

The following applies:

 

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

• Refunds are only considered if services have not been fully delivered.

• Once advisory work has been completed or digital material accessed/downloaded, refunds may not be available.

 

Cancellation

• Services may be cancelled before work has commenced.

• Once consultation or planning work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
